Baker-Bohnert is an industrial products supply company that has an array of complex technical products. Their website was very outdated and their product line had evolved and their existing website was not communicating their brand well and it was difficult to find products as the navigation was confusing. The site was lacking updates because it required a programmer even for simple content updates.
The first part of the project was to clarify the product taxonomy with the client so that the navigation could be redesigned so their clients could easily find the products they needed.
Secondly, NearShore designers took a text based site and brought it to life with a design incorporating vivid imagery that helped communicate the brand and give the site additional interest.
Finally, the site was built on a WordPress program and the client was provided with training so they could easily maintain their content.
